Man the scammers on SA are out of hand. Last week I was outright robbed by this girl on sa named voluptuousVeronica, watchout for her, the pictures are 10+ years old and she didn't age well.
She showed up to a hotel and literally snuck out with the cash. I should have known something was up because she refused to take her shoes off.
If anyone else is a SA member here, PM me if you want to compare notes about scammers.

I had one that chatted all night with me, super sexual, and when I asked for a picture holding a card with my name, she blocked me and admitted that I caught her. So now I ask everyone for a picture and about half go away at that point.
Just decided to take the plunge on SA. Any recommendations or cautions would be appreciated.

I met a few good and a few bad ones. Most look far worse than the pics they post.
A few frumpy women tried to sell sex for high prices. I would not fuck them for free.
College girls who wanted $100 an hour to meet and talk.
A young girl who wanted a 2-year contract $10,000 a month for meeting 2 hours a week etc.
A lot of profiles were taken down after a year or so. Their numbers seem to be sold to hookers who text me again and again for dates.
To me SA is not worth the time and money. Once or twice a week, I would car pool to Tijuana to party and have fun with young, pretty girls. Tijuana is only 90-minute drive from OC. I go with a couple professional, managerial types. We have fun and watch each other's backs.

Hope to not find out they are expert photoshop users.

That's a lot harder to photoshop. Even some pros can't pull that off.
