I hate doing this, but
I pull up and she gets in...she says that I need to pull into a dark parking lot with several white vans.
Since most of us would be very unlikely to obey any such request, one must wonder how long that could go on.
I wanted to sit on this for a while before responding, if at all. I've had SWs try to give me a line of bullpucky about a ridiculous mythical "citizen's brigade" or some such cheesy harebrained nonsense to try to extort money, and I've had them try to lure me to a spot I believe may have been a set-up for a possible robbery or at least a cash and dash, but I have a very hard time getting a picture of this very unconventional LE activity.
Even though I find the details of this account so very peculiar, I do not want to assert any conclusion about the post, just becuase I don't like to do that. One does have to wonder, however, how long the LE operation would continue after the bait ended up halfway to Red Rock Canyon in some coked up parolee’s stolen car instead of in the designated spot, which is, of course, the most likely result of the situation. It's certainly a problem that would occur to Metro officers in setting up such an uncontrollable operation, and to their superiors, her family, their lawyer, and the evening news when explaining why their bait girl ended up as a wet spot in the middle of six lanes of traffic.
It’s pretty hard to get fired from Metro for something as mundane as incompetence, but this might do the trick.

It does sound very strange that Vice would issue a ticket for a crime. Normally, one is arrested and booked for ANY crime even a petty misdemeanor and that sounded like it was a full misdemeanor according to the NRS. I'm guessing that if they only gave you a ticket, it was more of a warning.
I'm no lawyer but if you weren't arrested and booked, I don't see how they can charge you with a crime. Normally when you are arrested for any crime, you have to post bail unless you want to sleep in the cell block until your arraignment. Very strange but a bit disturbing for us out of state folks visiting sin city.
-
LipLicker - giving you a ticket is charging you with a crime. Many of the misdemeanors like 207.200 (trespass) violations are handled with a citation. Providing things like your papers are in order and you come back with no hits; wants & warrants.
It makes things easier for Metro, within the whole process, and leaves them clear for more serious crimes like car dates.
I'm just having a problem with being told to park in a very specific spot by specific vehicles. To me that's a very green move to comply with such a request from a SW. You need to maintain some sort of control over the situation. If you can't come to an agreement then out she goes. I don't care if she's comfortable as much as I care if I'm safe.
I used the Commerce Center on east Sahara to make a turnaround at four am and stumbled onto a SW in the parking lot just inside the main entrance from Sahara....
...I've never seen this before, but I don't pull into the Commerce Center very often, so I don't really know whether this is unusual there or not.
Location of this late graveyard special, no "fun-book" coupon required:
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=953+E+Sahara+Ave,+Las+Vegas,+NV&spn=0.008017,0.015044&t=h&hl=en
I know several people who work in the area, and most locals know that CC is notorious for TS action. However, because of a couple of Swing clubs there, I have seen regular working girls there. I have also taken SW's (if they were dressed decent enough) into one such club because of the couples are free option. However, more often than not they are TS, but they will also tell you right up front. Ask if you can't tell, because some do look better than the cracked out stuff that is out there. I don't think they want to risk surprising a guy.
There is also some occasional action just west of the CC on Sahara, but the better times are 8am-10am for that action.

Vegas is to close.
Vegas is a little drive away, but with the lack of S/W s in LA and the quality of the Casinos girls I was thinking of taking a drive as I make it to Vegas enouhg as is.
I have also taken SW's (if they were dressed decent enough) into one such club because of the couples are free option.
I used to find SWs fairly often (yes, I do know these were women, unless stretch marks from childbirth are part of the TS wardrobe) in the area farther west in the sleazy housing projects behind the Eureka, like around Sherwood and Karen, and one of those about a year ago suggested we should go to the Green Door. I declined becuase I wasn't sure what the deal was on the place and I'm a very cautious and skeptical sort of curmudgeon, but I regret not trying that becuase it does seem like it could be a safe sane alternative to parking if it's truly free for a "couple" with no catch.
A few questions if you know and don't mind indulging me: is there any privacy available at all in those clubs, are all couples always completely free at any hour, am I right to assume that ID would be required for both halves of the couple, and does it matter for entry fee purposes if the IDs are local or not?
I haven't found the streets southwest of the Eureka to be active lately, but Commerce Center is still reasonably convenient to some other SW hunting grounds.
is there any privacy available at all in those clubs
I've been in the Fantasy. There were public and private rooms. amazing. The entire time I was there. Absolutely nothing happened to anybody. Just one guy walking around occasionally priming his pump through his open zipper. Don't know what he thought he was accomplishing. The boss b*tch at the Fantasy said she watches for working girls, tries to bar them. On the other hand, some other sites have women suggesting that men go to Green Door. So who knows. one woman who advertises in the massage group advises men to go to Green Door. Some reviewers suggest that there are a lot of men and few women on the premises most nights. But then one guy told me that he loves the place. Real hard-core action, especially interesting to voyeurs, he said.
Anyway, that CC is amazing. I once saw a drop-dead gorgeous creature that I suspected was a T-Girl, based on where she was standing, so didn't stop. and once saw marked and unmarked Crown Vics containing two or three guys watching the area, particularly rear of LV Lounge, which looks like it must be a real dump? . don't know about the other places. Someone told me that there are several gay bars there, that the one on the corner of Sahara and the CC entry is "T-G" friendly and that Zingers is a TS/TG hangout, too. On the other hand, have on a couple of occasions seen what appears to be WSW and BSW in the daytime. Both in the CC, on Karen, on the street east of CC, and on one occasion, one brazenly attempting to stop traffic on that street that crosses Karen (like Joe Brown or something? ). Once nice- looking, obviously a new crack convert, waving at the cars going by behind the Hilton property. Didn't seem right. too obvious. So I didn't try to get a second look.
I had a free room offered by an off-Strip hotel in that part of town, so I was up and down that street more than a dozen times last week at all hours. I hadn't been on West Trop in months, avoiding the area since they had the street all torn up with sewer work or whatever, creating an even worse traffic nightmare than usual.
The good news is that they've apparently finished digging up the street and putting it back together, so now traffic flows as smoothly there as any major arterial crossing the Strip ever does.
The bad news is that I didn't see a hint of a SW there at any time of day or night. Not a single one. Of course, it was the slow mid-week after the holiday period, but that street was desolate every time I went by. Noon, ten at night, three in the morning: didn't matter, not a sign of life, not even a stray bus rider waiting.
I also stayed there, just a few blocks west of I-15. Best action was at the bar, no SW action at all. Take that back, saw one hottie walking thru TacosMexico into the Budget Suites, but couldn't get her attention. Sure has gone downhill even in just the last couple of years...
Then a couple of weeks later we went the Red Rooster. It was $30 for a couple to get in. I was much cleaner and way more crowded than the other places in CC. There were a lot of old people and fat Girls. Also there seemed to be a lot of single women. I had the same feeling about them being SWs as well. We did not participate in anything. We were just curious.
Just for clarification: do you mean the real Red Rooster (swing house) off Boulder HiWay or the name copying, no affiliation Red Rooster 2 in CC?

Back for some fun in LV!
Hey Mongers,
I'm back for another few weeks of mongering in your great town! I see the Swing Clubs have gotten a little press, but without a date, a guy doesn't have a prayer and it's cost prohibitive in most places. I prefer the wide open space of the SW trade. I had a great time with all the help last time I was here and hope to post a few successes this time.
If you have any hotspots that have just cum up, any great incalls or have some new advice from last time, I'm all ears! LV is a great place and all your posts were great while I was away, even the bad trip by one and getting stung by another! That's life in the fast lane! I look forward to a great trip!
Be Safe! PH

Citation
Lip Licker, yes it was a citation only (warning). After reading my last post it sounded as if I got arrested under that NRS. I posted the NRS just as fyi, for anyone interested.
I figured they could use regular SW's in their stings and just say, "well, we approached the suspect in the process of committing prostitution etc etc" and maybe it would be considered admissible in court if I was arrested. I'm just lucky they let me go...
Anway, the reason my last post seemed a bit strange was because I needed a drink after the fiascal with Metro, and maybe consumed more that I could handle..lol. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Of course I have no idea how LVPD does things, But if you are issued a citation it is technically an arrest, you are just basically Posting Bail by promising to appear, If you refuse to sign a ticket they take you to jail. Speeding is an infraction, so u get a ticket some misd. are also field release where they simply issue you a citation and let you go on your way, but you are still technically arrested for the charge stated on your ticket, and must appear in court to answer the charge. Examples of this would be urinating in public in some states it is illegal to urinate in public and you would be given a citation, I have heard however certain states take this and any other time your johnson is exposed as a serious crime, and will make you register as a sex offender, go figure, anyways Make sure you know your rights, and the simplest thing of all no matter what US state your in, Always Remain Silent! It's hard enough to prove these cases for the cops, don't make it easy by giving them an admission or a story which can't be changed later on. Who said community college was useless LOL
Red Rooster off Boulder Highway is the one I was refering too.
It's on Tropicana and Boulder. Go east on trop and it should be on the right side of trop.

Think of it as a traffic school here you have to attend. Hope you can comprehend that. It's like John school. You go and attend a class on the hazards of soliciting sex on the street. Of course, the lecturer is a reformed prostitute who has see the error of her ways. Now, Las Vegas has not incorporated such a policy as of recent, but the they seem to be taking a ne approach. Now if ur an attorney, then you must be aware that some states implement such above mentioned policy. Yes? Ok, then whether you want to disregard my post, go ahead and I wish you the best of luck when strolling the streets here in LV. I simply post to inform my fellow mongerers.

Seinfeld
Oh, when you mentioned public urination as an offense, I think of when Seinfeld when he was in the parking lot urinating and said it was due to Urineasisytosis..lol.
That is all. I'll be here till sunday
