I took the "scenic" stroll down Parsons on my way home from work today and saw that CPD had a decoy SW posted up at the corner beside Shrimp Lips. Five-ten minutes later, some poor sole tried to pick the decoy up in the Shrimp Lips parking lot and had two marked cruisers pull up on him before he could even attempt to drive off. Multiple runs this week, on Wednesday about 9 ish I was actually short on time but saw a young cute brunette spinner by Rosco's but had no time to investigate her.
