At King / NDS, you can pay 200 upfront for 45 minutes or 240 for an hour, usually directly to the girl who will service you. They used to go with the "house fee then tip after" approach, but now it's generally upfront. If you want 4 hands, that's another 100. At NDS, there are usually 4-5 girls working and you may be able to see a lineup. At King there are usually 2-3 girls, you can try to ask for a lineup but it may not be possible if they're busy.
