I think it's ok for anyone that had experience with that provider to say it's never happened to me. That's was their experience and should never try to change anyone's mind about the bad review.

Unless they flat called you a liar or something.

I've left reviews that others replied they had better or worse experiences. Never occurred to me to not post over that.

Also, people seem to forget the term "your mileage may vary" exists for a reason, even among the best reviewed of providers.
