With or without the condom. If they're after you and your DNA is in the room you're in for a whole lot of questioning and explaining to your wife or significant other. Lot's of people are coming and going. But not with your DNA. Just my opinion.
I agree that if you've been there and the police want to find you with or without a condom they will.
However the presence of a condom says more about your visit than you just being there.
And it should be noted for everyone on this forum that YOU SHOULD NEVER ANSWER QUESTIONS ASKED BY POLICE! And for the love of God NEVER EVER EVER go to a police station to "give a statement" or "answer questions" or "talk to a detective" under any circumstances.
Any lawyer will tell you this.
You might think you can talk yourself out of a jam. YOU CAN'T. This is their job. They're good at it and have techniques honed for decades that can get even INNOCENT people to confess to crimes they did not commit.
If the police want to talk to you LAWYER UP!
If you have a burning desire to talk to the police do it through a lawyer! He can advise you and more importantly can't testify against you.
If you're interested there's a book written by lawyer James Duane called The Right to Remain Innocent. He also had a YouTube viral video explaining exactly why you shouldn't talk to the police. Read that book in if you're smart but at a minimum watch the video.
You've been warned.
