The place is a straight up jack shack that is charging too much for mediocre service. I go in and the place is so dark you can barely get around.

I once wrote what I thought generally works here (for me). But I'll paste it again so I don't have to dig as far for the same comment.

L1: 80-100 (assuming nude for it, if not, should drop to like 60).

L2: 120-160 (been awhile since I only went for this, so I could be saying it wrong, 140 probably gets no complaints).

L3: 180-200 (220 being a rarity for me).

Negotiation is a part of the game I realize that but I feel I've been "marked" a few times and I don't try too hard to haggle them down. The other time also at HFS, after I had been going for awhile, I met someone new to me at that time. Tried to go for 180 to save a bit. And she was like "so I'm not worth 200 but the other girl was?" Because there must have been some talk about what I was willing to give usually. So I handed over the other 20. I'm sure I could have stuck to 180 but if 20 was going to give me a crap experience, I wasn't going to risk it. And she later went on to become one of the favorites of HFS and I was always treated well after that.

This is not to say pay what I've paid. If you can negotiate and get your happy ending, then do it. But for me, if it's in range, I'm ok. It's when it isn't and I give in, and still get a terrible experience that bothers me.
