I have zero knowledge of local law enforcement and OPD or Orange County Sheriff's Office certainly have their hands full with major violent crimes, high levels of drug trafficking and related deaths and trying to protect tourists from getting caught in the crossfire so that the tourist economy doesn't turn to shit.
