Every ad on that site does have a similarly graphic list of activities (followed by the usual "companionship" disclaimers in small print). That doesn't necessarily make them LEO stings (or for that matter, that the promised services are really available). But not every ad on that site has such obviously stolen photos. That doesn't make this ad a likely LEO sting either. In fact, if anything,, the fact that the ad has been up as long as it has makes it unlikely that it is a LEO sting. OTOH, the use of such obviously fake pics does make it a likely ripoff scam.
And, to the original poster, if you see an ad with pics of girl that is so much hotter than other providers in the area that you suspect its TGTBT, you should do a simple Google image search on the suspect pics, before posting your question here and wasting all of our time. If you had, you would have seen that the girl in these photos has had her pics used in similar recent ads in other cities such as Biloxi, Las Vegas and others.
