Don't discuss anything while they are standing outside your car. Make sure they get in 1st. Sealing and expungment.
They almost caught me several times as I have been to several stings but I always remember that what ever I can do in a stripclub that's legal, I try to make the lady do when visiting her- in other words, if she is JSO, she wouldn't get into lingerie, or in anything skimpy. I also may say dance in underwear or bikini or something- again, something they don't want to do if they aren't legit. Anyway, my friend is a very nice guy- you wouldn't even think he's an attorney because his demeanor is so cool.
Here is one issue you might run into though- if you never did anything about your issue before then you probably never even got it sealed yet. In Fla, you must seal the record for 10 years 1st and stay out of trouble during that time. Then you can petition the court to expunge the record- BUT it must be sealed 1st for this period. There seemed to have been a time the legislatures only allowed the record to be sealed but now as I said you can expunge it which is a good thing. Sealing is alright to a degree but you don't want to stop there- why? Because that record stays intact and JSO, the courts, and FDLE has that intact record.
Expungement is much better because the record is physically destroyed and the only agency that has a "limited" record of it is FDLE. When I say limited it means they only have a record saying: "Record expunged." But they no longer have the entire arrest record which is good.
Now another problem that many people don't realize is that whenever you have a record sealed, it means if someone looked into the court's database, they won't be able to find the record; however, the problem is that whenever you got arrested, several months after that, the courts sold your arrest info to many of these background check companies- so when employers or whoever wants to know if you have a record, they will check with one of these companies. The best way to deal with this is to contact a law firm that helps you to clear your record with these 3rd party background check companies- I need to find this info for this particular law firm for you. They charge about 250 but it clears over, I believe. 500 databases esp the large ones- the large ones feed info to the smaller 3rd party background companies. Sorry for all the info- but it is imperative that you jump on this ASAP! Don't delay. The process will take about 6-9 months for sealing.
Hopefully they didn't adjudicate you guilty because if they did, the attorney has to get a withheld of adjudication 1st then petition the courts to have the record sealed. But note- please stay out of trouble!

Thanks for all the info Jaxback. I'm in the process of sealing my record for a misdemeanor (battery). Anyway, I may contact you later in PM. Seal is OK but if you get caught the court will use the sealed criminal record against you because it's not sealed for them (only for the outside people). Solicitation of prostitution is usually a misdemeanor so even if you have a sealed record you'll serve jail time. Expungement cleans your record completely.
Anothe good avise for all of you out there is that it's preferible to ask for outcalls because you have the control. LEO won't do outcalls. Also when you pick a girl up is better to drive away from the area and to look for any cars after you. Very important, follow all the transit rules very strictly, if not LEO can intervene with you, the provider and do a search. If a provider has something on her (drugs) you're screwed. Mongers need to be a little paranoid sometimes in order to be safe.

Make sure you also deal with those 3rd party background check companies as they get the records too. I think the legislators need to change this. For offenses committed that can be sealed / expunged, they shouldn't sell but for things you can't seal like arson, domestic battery, murder, etc, sell. When they sell records that are seal-able, then one has to jump thru hoops to get those 3rd party folks to do their job- that is, take your record offline! I was told that once you get the order to seal you have to send that order to these 3rd party companies to remove the info. Bottom line, this sh-t sure is dangerous isn't it!

Get them to get in your car and go a ways from the original spot. It is likely if she is LEO, she will not get in. She will stand on the driver side and talk to you with some space between you two. Her main objective:
1. Is to try to get you to offer s-x for money. Keep in mind, it don't have to be cash for s-x, it can be something of monetary value for s-x too. Like dr-gs for s-x.
2. Understand the definition of prostitution: the exchange of s-x for money or monetary value. It can be: I give you a ride to the airport that may cost $40 and you give me a BJ- this can be considered prostitution.
3. Another very important thing- if they don't get you for soliciting, they might follow your car and call in your license plate number to see if you have a warrant out for your arrest- say for bad checks, failure to pay child support, failure to appear for some other unrelated reason. What ever. They can get quite creative. Years ago I went to see a provider and when I get there, the room appeared to be all lived in and such. Raincoats on the vanity and all. Clothes strewn about- so it looked legit.
She sat me on the bed across from her and said, let me make this perfectly clear, you did say over the telephone that you were interested in full service- of course I paused and told her she had made a mistake and that all I wanted her to do is dance in lingerie or panties / bra type clothing- what a site! I told her lets just get something to eat and I'll pay her for that. She said no and ushered me out the room. I went to my car and there was a white hippie looking gent with shades on and a cap talking on a cell phone- I couldn't see his eyes but a week later, they sent a letter to my house from LEO with my license plate tag on it telling me I was in an area of high crime. See, they thought someone else was going to get the letter before me and that I'd have some explaining to do BUT nope, I got it 1st! LOL.
So you see people, if I had had a warrant out for my arrest (after reading my plate) , they would have at least gotten me for something. So the moral to the story is, if you know you have an active warrant out there, avoid going to see new girls you are unfamiliar with or take a taxi or something. Some of these dumb girls have a nerve to be smoking pot when you visit them and the smell is very noticeable. I tell them honey, you are sitting here worried about me being LEO but your room smells of pot- all they have to do is search the room for the drugs and the girl is going down for possession! Forget about prostitution at that point! You have to be smart people.
Anyway, my main point is to help save the gents from a world of trouble. These arrest records affect job opportunities! Understand this:
Ask yourself, what is the threshold for committing any particular crime. In other words, what must I do / say to actually commit that crime? Well if you know what the definition is for the offense then you must do everything in your power to not meet the threshold for that crime. So, the definition of solicitation of prostitution is: "the exchange of s-x for money or monetary value." So, whatever you do, in order not to commit that crime, don't put s-x and money or s-x and something of monetary value in the same conversation when you are talking to a provider. I don't care if you seen them 100 times. That one day you do, that could be the day she is working for LEO or might be LEO!
Also, flush your raincoat down the toilet before you leave the room- don't take it with you! Anyway, again my point, if what is going to come out of your mouth will make you want to climb under the table in a courtroom because of shame, don't say it! Don't let them force you to say anything. Also, leave a way of escape for yourself- leave your money in the car and tell them that before you do appt, you'd have to 1st get your money- this can provide a way out since we know no one will do it for free! Also, don't let a girl tell you to stop by store to get raincoats before you meet- self incriminating ya think?
In short! Always think about your future! Is it worth it! Don't let a few moments of pleasure have an adverse affect on your life! Some of us hope to do this for a short period and get the hell out and if you are not careful, there will be something from this life to remind you of what you use to do; e. G. Arrest, STD's, etc.

Thanks for all the info Jaxback. I'm in the process of sealing my record for a misdemeanor (battery). Anyway, I may contact you later in PM. Seal is OK but if you get caught the court will use the sealed criminal record against you because it's not sealed for them (only for the outside people). Solicitation of prostitution is usually a misdemeanor so even if you have a sealed record you'll serve jail time. Expungement cleans your record completely.
Anothe good avise for all of you out there is that it's preferible to ask for outcalls because you have the control. LEO won't do outcalls. Also when you pick a girl up is better to drive away from the area and to look for any cars after you. Very important, follow all the transit rules very strictly, if not LEO can intervene with you, the provider and do a search. If a provider has something on her (drugs) you're screwed.
