Regardless, it was open, same staff that has been there for a while, but seemed a bit more careful on entry and exit than previously, but again that could have been because with the other businesses not open, business there would be more outstanding.

I went to RR this past weekend. They were open but only one girl working inside. You're right about them checking carefully before you enter and exit the place. I am an out of town monger who frequents Raleigh Durham quite often for work. Thought I'd chime in on my experiences here.
