Why not RTFF? There are numerous posts about table-shower-and-HJ-only places, especially in the Koreatown area near Herald Square and in Chinatown, and if you ask ahead of time, you'll quickly learn if they are willing to offer a prostate massage or not (most should say yes).

Usually the back or foot rub places are just that, but you might find a HJ if lucky. If the places says spa then you odds of something more are much better. Upon entry you can by their clothes what you're in for. If they are fully dressed then yes HJ is probably about it and you might be be better off politely excusing your self and leaving. I have on occasion used my hands and finger to explicitly ask whether the HJ is it or if something more is on the table. These girls are professional and you probably won't be the first person to ask. If they say no then U-turn and politely leave. I've done this.
