A. Cold Storage finally sold their building and huge parcel of land for a ton of money, and I didn't catch who the developer is but rumor has it that a billion dollar resort, casino, luxury condos, hotel and shops are going in where L. A. Cold Storage is stretching through skid row. Although I've heard of 'cleaning up skid row' and 'this time this is really it! L. A. Cold Storage is an enormous property. Whoever is developing wouldn't have paid all that money if this isn't really happening. I guess we'll see.

They used to be by 7th and towne but they have been kicked out cause they cleaning up the area, specially with the new buldings.
