See some providers on HX and have them approve you that you are safe and then contact the agencies.

You'll have to find other girls who are more newbie friendly, see them, and get them to rate you. Once you have 2/3/4 safety ratings and at least a little time on the network you're likely to get a response from them.

The agencies are VERY careful about who they accept. Only those with established, verifiable "hobbying" reputations, OR folks who are willing to give them real name / work / etc info. I wouldn't recommend going the latter route, but if you're desperate, it's one way to get in quickly. If that's your plan (which again, I'd advise against) find their email, and shoot them a message saying you're new but don't mind sending personal info if it will speed verification.
