Took a run around the loops around 1030 this morning. Didn't see much on the Wilkens loop, a couple WSW hanging out on Ashton and Pulaski. Check the loop maps page under user blogs for baltimore. The best times are around lunch, rush hour in the morning from 7 to 10 am and in the evening around 4 til 7 pm on most loops. Also read recent reports. As long as you know track streets and times you will find talent. Winter is always the least abundant time for this hobby. You have to go out and see for yourself.

Drove the loop from Wilkens, down Washington Blvd, past SA, down to Brooklyn Park then Curtis Bay and Fairhaven.
