They have always been consistent on price, service, and overall business acumen. They seem to be the only providers smart enough to realize that keeping your costs reasonable is better for the long term because you build repeat customers. It's always better to charge 100 and get a monger to come see you every week. Then to charge 300 and never have them return again.

But at the end of the day, it's really us mongers that determine the supply and demand, isn't it? We hold the power in our wallets.
