Well, I knew it like so many of you did and WOW, LMFAO FIB is a got damn ghost town. I mean I hadn't driven down there In like a good almost two years. Wait During the weekday just cutting thru but didn't cruise, any of my routes.

I didn't know the Waffle house was closed up as well as the gas stations. That's what crime, drugs and a lack of going after the hard criminals as well as housing jezcons in the area will do.

I am waiting for the Gentrification to kick in, buy now and make some cash in commercial real estate. It's pretty damn cheap down there.

So I drove thru today only saw a two fat dark skin girls crossing the street by the Exxon. Can't remember the name of the street going up the hill but there was a cop car sitting in the middle of the street. When I came back only a caramel skin girl with long braids and a mo get trying to holler at her but she kept walking down the hill toward FIB his car was blocking the road and she just ignored his ass. Must've been one of you guys on here LOL.

Even the last hotel behind the Exxon looks like it's about to close down as well. The final nail in the coffin needs to just seal its fate for good. Stop the misery NOW start building new subdivisions and / or better commercial eateries etc.

Time for you old heads to start jumping into the escort scene or discover the new Blade. How much longer do you think both strip clubs will survive?

When most of them closed down all the SW's seems to disappear also especially when the Super Inn and Red Roof Inn shutdown years ago.
