Although usually blocking that number is enough to make It stop. I have never been messaged again after blocking the number. I'm not certain, but I am 95% sure it's a scare tactic preying on those easily susceptible to those kinds of tactics and not actually a cartel member.

Not sure which variant you got, but there is always something ridiculous about the threats that gives it away wether it's a beheading video that's gone viral several times, claims of being a known cartel member, or whatever else. I guarantee you no high ranking cartel member is trying to extort random horny dudes 2000 miles away. I then got a text from another number with severed heads saying it was from the cartel. She then texted me again saying to pay to stay safe. It's all a scam and as long as you're not using your regular number and didn't wire money, you're safe for the most part. It would be foolish to say there's no gang and / or cartel activity here in the US it's not likely you're going to get kidnapped or gunned down for responding to an escort ad.
I do not like doing unflattering reviews, but have to on this one. I saw Sunshine when she first started coming around many months ago.
