I was trying to schedule this for a while since I heard Scarlett was fun and had a really good body. Body-wise, she was definitely nicer than 95% of the rub girls I've seen. Or RS2 K they are a verification service that does the work for the provider. If you are an RS2 K verified person all the provider has to do is log onto her account and see that you have already been verified. Requirements are more rigorous then the average provider does. The sign up service is a one time fee. I wonder why I haven't heard much about it on these boards, up north and in the mid west almost all providers use them.

They have basic local provider listing and search functions as well as a way for visiting providers to post in each city.
They do a very basic screening (call you directly at work, if I remember correctly) and they charge a yearly membership fee. It has been worthwhile for me to keep my membership there although I only occasionally meet a local provider that way. More often it is visiting providers or ladies in cities to which I travel. They tend to be higher end (ie. Not streetwalkers and only discreet BP profiles if any). Also, their customer service has been very good in the few times I needed it.
