That's the standard rate for the half hour. 60 tip might be a little more than needed unless you did DATY. The time shortage is an issue that needs to be corrected next visit. Delightful Spa on 92 was very good too but they are long gone now. All Korean places. They know how to do it. The Chinese, not so much. T+ seems to be in your area so I think you will have a much better experience there than the one you had at Li's.
