This was my time to exit the area. So, I head toward B / CB thought I would see what was going on there. Not much at all today, only saw one lady at the far end that didn't make want to stop. While on the subject of B / CB, I did run into a BSW named Kirstin. She was brown skinned with medium length hair. She said she grow up around Oakland mills. I sample the mic skills due to her claiming that her landlord was having a garage sale. And I am not about doing more in the car. All and all not a bad experience. But no luck today. Now this is where things got weird. I decided to checkout Garrison for the hell of it. Not a one to be found. I was about to leave when out of nowhere came a WSW. This was the first one I have seen in this area. She was kind of cute too. Medium build, red hair, and a decent ass. Something told me this was TGTBT so I continued on my way. Might take a look again tomorrow to see if she is there again and observe the situation. I really am upset that I missed Jackii as well.

I cannot comment on your conviction that the white SW on Garrison was TGTBT. However, I can make the following statement: At various times during the day you will see half a dozen private contractors who happen to be white. Two are very pretty. And they are not LE.

There is some white foot traffic across the railroad tracks from Reisterstown Road to Garrison. But most white girls can be seen in the lower part, near Gwynns Falls.
