I did a quick pass in old louisville tonight around 8 pm. Three cop cars on Preston and two cops walking the allay way of Oresby. Plus as I jumped on I 65 saw those aTVs by Omors. I will be staying away from old Lou for a bit. I would recommended if you do make any passes to have a reason ready as to why you are in that area and to beef up on the 22 rules...keep your head down for a while.
Couldn't find Courteny on the phone so drove around a little. Found Rachel in Old Lou. She was with her manager and / or pharmacist. First I drove by them and stopped up the street. They both came walking so I drove off and went around the block. He got the message and she came over and hopped in. Mid 20's, died red hair, not a spiner but not fat. A supplier has a vested interest in the SW's welfare since that's his income, just like a pimp. It's not like pimps don't supply their stables with pharmaceutical supplies. In fact, about the only real difference between the two might be the dress code. I also have no doubt that the girls much prefer using the term 'supplier' instead of 'pimp'.

It is not really a noob friendly environment, so if you are reading this review and read through the forum and figure out where it is at, where the boundaries are, etc. And give it a plunge be prepared for everything that can be thrown at you. It had been about 5 years since I was up there. I had great success the first few times I went there. The last time I had a trooper follow me all a good 7 miles total; first north and then south to the I-65 exit at the town just to the south. All I did was slow down to ask a gal if she needed a ride. Trooper was next block over and must have seen my brake lights as I slowed. My last time there until last night. I spent about 20 minutes simply checking out the four different streets that produced success on in the past. Saw 3 definite WSW's. All looked pretty haggered but that was not the norm in the mid 2000's. I know there are some nice ones up there but am too paranoid to make the pickup with KY plates. Now, they do not enforce this, but gives them PC to stop anyone at anytime for no real reason. Weekends the state boys come in and make a big show of themselves, weekdays you have city and county to deal with, in addition to the neighbors that sit out and watch you go by.
For me, it is a great place to play, I've been stopped 6 times, only once did it get far enough to show a drivers license and that was because I had a gun with me that day and gave the cop a heads up on it as soon as he walked up. Granted, I've never been stopped with a girl in the car and I figure that stop will not go over so well.
Was going to stop with that, but figure people will blow me up with PM's so I'll give some rules for the area just to quell that in advance.
Pertains to pretty much every girl up there:
1) been in jail. Either drugs or surprisingly mostly assault charges.
2) it is probably 5 nines that they are high when you pick them up and 2 nines they have something on them.
3) will upsell unless you show them it aint going to happen.
4) will down sell when you show them all you have is .15.
5) will dash if given any opportunity.
6) will set you up if you look like an easy mark.
7) has been hustling her whole life one way or another and can be considered a pro.
8) understands and will do an exceptional job for you, pending you pass all the tests.
9) will talk non-stop.
10) made it this far, may as well make 10 things. Will more than likely not remember you the next time you roll thru, so expect the same test over and over again.
Granted, most of this list can apply to any streetwalker, but the real tricky part is the area itself. If you do not have a reason to be there, you may as well not go, and that reason can't be to pick up a chick or drugs. An easy one is to check craigslist for ads for crap in the city from that day and print them out and take them with you, not knowing the area, you now have a reason for driving around the same loop a few times. There are exactly 2 girls that have a house they will take you to, both houses are to the extreme east of the stroll, you could say they are exactly on the center of the eastern line. If a girl tries to take you somewhere else that is a house (or God forbid the crap house hotel in the city to the south) you are being dashed or possibly being set up to be rolled.
The same applies to the county, the girl in 3 T's post will have you drive out of the county and back in before going to a spot. Your first time there, have her take you to her #1 spot and say you don't like it and go to the second one. They all use the same spot for first choice, so you may as well know where it is from the get so your next time up you are more comfortable with the area. #2 spot is always going to be a cemetery, I think there are 4 and all are ok. One odd ball spot is out the west side of town, so don't freak out if that is the case. If you are not heading NNE out of town, to a cemetery, or due west, you are probably being set up. Some will go random and just have you stop on a country road somewhere and say it is cool, no dice, get off the road.
So, everything went well, you picked her up, you found a spot, you blew a load on her prison issued granny panties and it is time to take her back. DO NOT REENTER THE STOLL AREA. Or, figure out some way to re-enter without passing a church or a house where you noticed someone that noticed you. If for some reason you do not have the balls to tell her you will drop her where you drop her, do not drop her where you picked her up. Again, this kinda applies to all areas, but this one in particular.
I've always wanted to mention this part, but you should never take a second look or even a look in the review mirror is the girl is:
1) with a kid (s).
2) has a bike (riding it or walking it).
3) wearing earbuds.
4) wearing a jacket with 95 (or so) or higher on her sleeve.
I consider all others a streetwalker, with a price to be determined.

I saw the "viper squad" (the vice squad where one of its members was soliciting women the busted) in portland around dark last night. They had a silver mini-van with tinted window and police lights. They had a car stopped at the gas station across the street from Mcdonalds. There were 4-5 marked cars at the DQ getting ready to hit the streets. Also, OL and Portland where both dead. Damn shame.
