Went there, was told to come back in 30 minutes by a shorter chubbier asian woman. Hesitate to come back but I went and got something to eat, made up an excuse to my boss and went back.

That is part of the game, everyone understands it, and it's part of the "honor system" of all this.
Everyone knows that if a dude really wanted a therapeutic massage, he wouldn't go to an AMP, or some woman operating out of a fleabag motel off the interstate. He'd go to a nice upscale therapeutic massage spa in Hyde Park or Kenwood (where no one expects a "happy ending".).
One of the scammer's standard techniques has always been to play dumb, be deliberately obtuse, and say, "but that would be illegal!" (Such claims are often accompanied by audible gasps and shocked facial expressions.).
That is the same scam, at it's core, that the outcall dance agencies used to use about 15 years ago, before hobby info was widely available on the Internet (outfits like 'Best Shows', for you old-timers). They know you have absolutely no reason to use their service but for a HE. They are taking advantage of your assumption that they will abide by the honor system.
It was only $80, not all the money in the world. But an "erotic massage" that is "just a massage", is yes, a rip-off.
