This is all just me pontificating:
$2 for an hour can get pretty "decent" service at the right spa. Sometimes it can be quite good (Anna at RS in Greenbelt is an example). Previously I would spend $3-$4 and hour for what I would consider good to great service with traditional independent providers. Unlimited shots, GFE, etc.
IMO, "good $2" service is really just decent service. Sometimes it can be pretty damned good, sometimes downright mediocre, and sometimes even not good. I've tried the apartments at $160, and (again, IMO) the percentage of decent experiences decreases, and they are more typically mediocre. Not that they can't be had, but at $160 you're rolling off the wrong end of the bell curve. LOL!
