In a word NO. It serves absolutely no beneficial purpose, and only adds to the confusion. Personally I can't stand it and never intentionally use it...but that's just me.
Bottom line is someone at some point in time thought it would be beneficial to abbreviate costs and services. Abbreviating services I can actually understand, if only for selfish reasons because it's easier to write FS or CBJ. (Your google point also applies.)
Monetary values should (IMHO) be written out plainly as $60 house fee and $40 tip. What's so difficult about that? It certainly eliminates any confusion.
To answer your question, the abbreviation as it is currently used is based on a decimal value of $100. For example .4 would represent $40 and 1.4 would represent $140. Again, what's the benefit? It fools noone, but certainly adds to the confusion.

Went to CH recently and had a dissapointing and expensive time. Of course, I went for the FS ... but the massage was crap next to Lilly's, and the girl wound up setting me off in the first half hour and then trying to take a nap on the table with me. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I preferred the good old days.

Lilly's, on the other hand, cured my woes about a week later. Amanda isn't up to Jenny's high standards, but there was excellent massage, no whining for an extra $20, teasing right up to the conclusion, and a nice top-side massage after the pop. Half the price, twice as good.

If what you are saying was true they would try that with every customer because they don't remember most faces. The paperwork is for one reason, and one reason only, to protect the women and not to get more money out of newbies. That is why they offer "relaxation sessions" and "massages". There are signs all over that place that says you are not getting a massage, and massages are by appointment only. I talked to the american mamasan one day while I was waiting.

Management at Lily is very savvy. Girls who go beyond the standard HR/limited roaming never seem to last long at Lily. If you find a gem who's giving more, it's suggested that your experience be shared only in PM's with senior members.

I struggle with the philosophy and intentions here.

I put in my time with my field work and some replies to get my senior status on the board.

There are probably many worthy good guys who do or will provide useful info to us all.

Or do we come up with some kind way of reporting here without getting ''management'' or LE ' s attention on the matter.

For example

Went to Lilly's today.

Met a pretty gal name LuLu.

TS was awesome and massage was everything I expected and more. I left happy.

You could say that for Lilly's but what about DT or CH...the report would end like this.

I know I would not want one of them to come up to me in public and start talking about what we did the night before. However, this board does provide help in a complicated world on how to navigate through the various situations without fear. I know for myself I am much more confident in AMPs and on the street because of other people who have posted here.

I think we can all provide a lot of good information here that will help people, without giving all of the details about the girl in public board.

This is an actual report from recent visit.

I saw Jennifer today.

TS was decent.

Very Good medium massage.

She is cute, looks nice, Friendly, but takes work to get accessible to her.

Would put in the neighborhood of a typical good Lilly experience.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't this board created to guide us mongers for better experiences, and to help us avoid the bad ones? Surely, we can stroke (no pun intended) a happy medium. The PM's are certainly a way for us to spread the good word in a more descriptive manner. Unfortunately, new comers will not get the same access to info as the senior members will.

So after striking out trying to contact a couple of Cl providers that have been reviewed here recently, I ventured to Japan or 1021.
