Post that sort of question/statement in off topic reports. It sounds like you don't have representation, or have an incompetent attorney. If you're going through proceedings now, you should not allow yourself to be pushed around by or follow the directions of her attorney. You will be very sorry. First of all your attorney should be working to stop that interrogatory or at the very least walk you through. Let her attorney do the work. Do not list anything she cannot prove in a court. Even if she thinks you had an affair, let her attorney prove adultery. Let her attorney find the escort and issue her a subpoena.(good luck) Your attorney should be prepping you for this hearing. If you fill out that interrogatory to it's full extent you won't even have a chance to state your piece in court because the dispute is resolved. Spend the money on a good attorney. You should disclose everything to your attorney, so he can prepare to spin anything that comes your way in court. Don't worry about being viewed a certain way by your attorney. They handle this sort of thing on a daily basis and have seen much worse.

Dang everyone, first let me say I'm humbled. Thank you for your strong showing and supportive thoughts and words of advice. The other thing I'd like to say is, dang, I thought I had more reports than I do! Ever since moving to this house 4 years ago, my monger days have definitely been a LOT more limited than they were. That plus a really bad accident. But, be that as it may.

I should've posted in the Off Topic reports section, perhaps. I wish there was a legal section on this site (correct me if I'm skipped over it). I figured most of my P4P adventures have been in the massage area, so here is where I chose to post.

I'm also sorry I'm still moderated and that it'll take this post here a while for to show up.

I really do feel like I have good representation. I went over these interrogatories today with my attorney and some of what she said echo's what you say, Bmore Slim, that I should limit what I say in my interrogatory answers and let them do the work and prove it in court. I also feel I should (regrettably) let my atty know everything. I was hoping to bury the past in the past.

The only other thing I wanted to say, this lady, central to the divorce is not in the escort/massage industry. She's a person I know, but the facts central to my question related to reviews I posted back in the day on another site which easily are found (I was a lot more naive then) by a search using the email address my soon-to-be ex found.

So, thank you everyone.

Perhaps somewhere (an entirely new thread perhaps?) someone should start a section on very aggressive divorce attorney's located in our area.

Jank, you are definitely on the right track trying to find the meanest sob in the County to represent you. Her attorney will go to great lengths to portray you as the worst human being ever to walk the earth.No more Mr., nice guy. Just remember there is no sense in trying to be amicable. Go for the juggler. Most attorneys will try to file as many frivolous motions and discovery requests to ware the other side down and to keep the meter running.You really never know how good your attorney is until you see him/her in action li.e. court. Mine was recommended and was incompetent. I ended up with a dud of an attorney who cost me dearly. I wanted to change but it was too late. no other attorney would take over my case sinse it was so badly fucked up.unfortunately my case was heard in Montgomery County - home of your most liberal, pro femist judges. Great topic for us too, I am sure there are alot of us who have or are divorced. Some need to get thru it. Need some advice. Its a feminist world in the divorce court, so men have rights too.

divorce settlement; In theory, it's suppose to reflect an equal division of marital property which includes retirement and 401 plans, regardless how titled, in addition to her perceived financial need. FOR example, if your car or home is titled in only your name,not both you and your wife's. IT will more than likely be deemed marital property, even if you can show you have paid the entire mortgage or loan YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE COURT with your financial statement listing all your assets and approximate value. Now both attorneys will now know your ability to pay is. This is an entirely subjective process and will vary from judge to judge. In other words, if there were 5 different judges adjudicating your case they will come up with 5 different settlement decisions, IT BOILS DOWN TO HOW LUCKY YOU ARE WHEN THE DICE ARE ROLLED. no since appealing their decions as the deck is stacked against you.The judges and attorneys are a close-nit fraternity and stick together for the most part. The only real chance you have winning an appeal is if a procedural error occurred. I COULD TELL YOU ONE HORROR STORY AFTER ANOTHER, BUT IT WOULD SERVE NO USEFUL PURPOSE. BBB

Smiling Fox is exactly right. Read his post again and pretend that I wrote it. The only difference is that I had to pay a small amount of child support (50-50 custody, I made more money than the ex). My knowledge is from 10 years ago.

One thing to add is that I admitted having an affair in a questionaire from her attorney. My attorney said my answer really didn't make any difference but I could have problems if I said "no" and then it was proven that I really did have an affair. I never heard anything about it after I did the questionair.

Ok, when the cow and I got divorced there was no negotiation of some things, money was first. I'm fairly solvent when it comes to cash, she wasn't. So, guess who had to pay. Me. All her cash went to the 7 credit cards she had. She made more than me. She got everything she wanted and that was that. All the wedding gifts, all the furniture, the TV and all that, it was all gone one day and would have cost me more in lawyers fee to get it back than to just go and get another one. I had my car and the house before we tied the knot and that's what I kept. Savings. That vanished. Checking account. GONE! Prenup is the only way to go if you're dumb enough to get married today. Never again for me. It was horrible. After a while, I couldn't even breathe.

I may be different with my "marriage experience" but it was a horrid. Marriage itself is antiquated and should be abolished. This is what brings me to the massage parlor.

Twice a month I get what I want for not even $400.

Day 2 into my marriage, what died. Oh yeah, the sex. The headaches started in Hawaii and continued all the way into a year. I think I got 'it' 5 times that year. So now I visit the spa and deal with someone who's happy to see me, happy with what we're doing and that's it. No birthdays to remember, no anniversaries, no Christmas gift guessing, no rugrats. And I can breathe. I do what I want, when I want, with my money.

I've tried dating and it's a disaster too. I think I'm too nice. Most women seem addicted to assholes. I'm well off, have two cars and own a house. I'm shunned while total losers get women left and right. Fuck'them all.

The spa just works too well.

Had a sore shoulder again and decided to get it worked on. I had heard about a great lady at the JH, Val. She was tall and slender, wide hips and nice B cups. The shoulder work was poor, but I could only imagine that she could provide some quality relaxation. Imagined a nice cbj and figured if I had tried a 40 tip would have been sufficiant.
