Good report on a venue not much paid attention to ...
The report sounds interesting, but would not go based on the report alone b/c I just don't know what to expect in terms of service / value. Sometimes these places are DIY for example, and that's not my interest.
Could you provide a bit more service info? PM me if you want, but I'm sure others are wondering as well?

It wasn't what I was expecting, in that it wasn't really a "room." But it was comfortable enough.
The model came in shortly. On the table was a mechanical timer, which she twisted to 15 minutes. She was a young blonde, about 21, with a tight body and a great attitude. She was very friendly and cut right to the chase and told me what her deal was, with no bullshitting. I know that these places get a bad rap on this discussion board because you can get more services and more time for less money at a club, an AMP, or from an escort. That's true. She asked for $50, and I gave her $60, so my total cost was $110.
I had fun, and will probably go back. I got the definite impression that each girl is different, in terms of what happens behind the curtain—but without going into detail, let's just say that I don't think this place is in danger of being busted for anything. You can definitely get "more" for your money elsewhere. But I had fun and felt comfortable, and I didn't have to deal with a whole bunch of haggling and upselling and bullshitting over price and what's offered, like happens at other places.
Afterward, I had money left over so I went up the street to Cadillac. I sat down on a stool to watch the stage show. There were a few good-looking girls wandering the room, in particular one wafer-thin blonde with stringy hair (not an appetizing description, but she looked good). Unfortunately, for some reason I attracted a pushy girl who decided that I was going to buy a dance and wouldn't take no for an answer. Obviously I didn't give her a "yes," but after progressing from subtle to polite to blunt in asking her to move on, I shrugged and left. Sometimes those places aren't worth the bother.
But I do recommend 725 Branch. It's obviously not a full-service place if that's what you're looking for, but I had fun.
