A quick google search can show your name & address or more. For $20 they can put your number in a paid search website & literally get everything. Wife & kids names with their info, employer info, criminal records, etc.
I just got an incoming call from my brand new SB & sure enough, there it is on my I-Phone real number under recent calls. Has her made up name under contracts. I made the contact fake name in GV for texting but guess what? It's also in my "real" contact list! :(

Since I only had one SB, I always knew who it was. So no danger in doing an accidental callback. It also meant that on the really low chance my ex-spouse were to look at phone logs, only the GV number would show up. Which would still require some 'splainin to do, but better than actual phone numbers to follow up on.

Then every time you make a call, it prompts you whether to do it via your GV number or your phone's real number.
I also like that because the extra step prevents me from ever accidentally calling someone if I click on a number by mistake.

GV, only ever use it with my burner or from computer with VPN on. No danger of revealing real number on a call back.
But the license plate is weak point for me. Do you just unscrew it once you park? Seems like that would attract some attention in the lot. I assume you don't drive without a plate on? THAT would definitely attract some attention from LE. Like they say, if you have dead hooker in the trunk, make sure you don't have a busted tail light. I frequently drive SB's around in my car. Meet once place for meet and greet, then go to FC, etc. Lots of them don't have cars and I just don't see a way around driving them sometimes.
I saw another poster say he always put fake plates on the car before going to meet a SB. That seems like it is really asking for it if you do get pulled over. Plus it's also inconvenient changing, and the fake plates are just something else you have to hide.
Like to hear from others on here about license plates. It may be the chink in my armor.

However, this all depends on your particular jurisdiction, and YMMV. I usually remove the plate at some nearby secluded spot, then roll up to the location. Also, this is only essential for the M&G when you don't know what's waiting for you. If you've developed some trust w / the SB, you can skip it I guess. However, IK that for $40 there is a website that can give me full name and address for any US license plate, and SBs can figure this out too. If you have been keeping your sugar identity w / a SB for a while, she might get curious about you, I read about it here.
I know of some people who have a James Bond plate flipper, w / a second plate on the other side. However, I would be more worried about the SO seeing the plate flipper. I used to have a fake plate I put on when w / SBs, but the SO possibly finding that also flipped me out. In CA, there are lots of newly purchased cars w / o plates, the seller just puts an adhesive envelope on the inside windshield w / paperwork, so a lack of plates doesn't alarm the gendarmes. The next time I buy a car, I will save that envelope to put on my car when I have the plate off.

I've heard it's possible to read messages on SA without actually having a paid account. Someone local to me suggested I look in this thread for how to do that. Well I started and boy this this is massive! Any pointers on the right keyword (s) to search for (or a link to the post I'm looking for)? I promise I tried to search first and I'll keep reading all your posts but there's a fuckton to go through here.

You will find that 95% are either scam messages, fake bots or girls that you wouldn't go out with even if they paid you. If you download the app from the Google Play store you can pay $25 for a seven day trial. That's the cheapest route.

I distilled it down to the basic steps and have been pm'ing folks so we don't generate too many public hits on the topic. It works best with Chrome, and you just have to be comfy with navigating the debug screen.

Yesterday I spent the whole afternoon holed up in a downtown hotel with one of my favorite SB's, some wine and food. She had six orgasms, I popped twice. I am not complaining.
