Gave this one a try to test the waters and report. Local office location that does other services, it's a shared office space. Provider was cute for sure, and gave an amazing light pressure massage, I almost fell asleep twice. No hints at extras, draped the whole time. I didn't get the sense that anything was on the table in terms of more services but the massage was amazing honestly. Still on the hunt for a good reliable UTR type.
