Direct message from her in regards to service
I was asked if I could post a message on here from the new girl doing massages. So here it is. If this is not allowed, I apologize and just delete it.
Hello everyone. First of, I would like to thank those that have visited me. I hope the experience was enjoyable. I am new to this, still figuring some things out. While I understand the basics, I'm trying to add onto and make it a higher level experience.
I thought the fresh toothbrush, slippers, drink options, and personalized cards would be nice touches. If those aren't necessary, let me know. But you will always have a private environment, clean table, towels, and sheets, hot showers, and me. Those won't change.
That said, it is supply and demand. The market decrees things. After getting some valuable feedback (thank you to that person that filled out the comment card honestly and gave me honest feedback after our session), I have decided to reduce my asking rate. Would 150 be satisfactory? It will still get the hour plus session I have been doing.
There have been questions about more options. I'm open to expanding those. For me, right now it's about comfort level. More options will be possible after a few visits. Hopefully that isn't an issue, if so, tell me.
Again, thank you for the feedback. I'll repeat, I'm new to this. I won't get any better or learn if people aren't being honest with me. If you see me, please be straight-forward on the comments card. Especially if there is anything particular to yourself. I can then adjust and improve for the next session. I do not get on this "message board". Not sure if I want to, LOL. So please tell me what you would like to see, improvement wise. If you want to post it on the board, please tell this guy to pass it along to me. I'm a big girl, I can handle constructive criticism. If you have my contact information, you can write me directly. You guys be honest with me, I'll do the same.
I do have a question for you all. What should I do for last minute cancellations or flat out no-shows? What is the appropriate way to handle those situations?
Thank you all again. Hope to see you soon.
Serra.
