Victim of the 'I won't bother to answer, and I don't feel like emptying my voice mail' syndrome
Been directed to an intersection where I should call back and be told which way to turn, and never got an answer.
Set up a meet well in advance (like a week!), driven to the site (also set up) and when I called, found out she couldn't make it (and had known for at least a day she couldn't!).
Very few providers seem to know that if they want customers, making sure they *get there* is a good idea. Damn, do I wish they would!
