I have never registered here before, but figured since someone mentioned me I should. I wanted to just apologize to longjohn for not being able to set up. I do only work limited days and times. It is very easy to get around Lisa's (and any other provider's) screening process with a little forethought and planning.
Having been asked in numerous PM's about how I did it, I'll fill you in.

First and foremost, you need to get a prepaid monger phone. Use only this phone and don't activate it in your own name.

Next, come up with a pseudo-career and name. You want to pick a job that doesn't require an office, i.e. construction, traveling sales, delivery service, technician, etc. You can also pick a huge corporation that employs hundreds (or thousands) of people. The important step here is to choose a company that you can get into their building and ask to use their phone. Call your cell phone from their phone. When you get home, do an online reverse search on that number to confirm what the phone number is listed as. This will be the "work number" you give the provider. I opted for a large corporation that actually has more than one employeee with the same name I selected. If Lisa ever called to ask for me by name, they would ask "Which Joe Smith?"

For Lisa's verification process, she required me to call her from my "office" so she could verify I was calling from where I worked. At the appointed time, I went to the business that I told her I worked at (but actually don't), asked to use their phone and called her number. As Lisa told me to, I let it ring twice and then hung up. When Lisa did a reverse search of that number, it listed the business, of course. Simple.

The other step was to activate a free monger email account. I set one up to coincide with the pseudo-career I had created. I use my fake monger identity as part of the email address to make it seem like a legit work email address. (joesmithupsdelivery@yahoo.com)

When I first contacted Lisa via email, I did so through my monger email address. When she replied back and told me what she wanted for personal information to verify I was who I claimed to be, I arranged all the rest. It was really quite simple.

I figured if it ever fell through, I'd just open another monger email address and start over with another name.
