This question has come up multiple times over the years.
The answer is almost certainly fingerprinting.
That is, even if you change your IP address, delete cookies etc. a website, in this case SA, can still identify you!
How? Via "fingerprinting".
That is, your operating system version, plus screen size, plus browser type, and various other settings are all discoverable by every website you visit. Taken together, they identify you. Maybe not uniquely, but good enough that it can be, snd is, routinely used to identify website visitors.

So, to avoid this, SA users who have been banned need to not only change IP address, delete all cookies, not use same photos, etc, but also:
- Change browser.
- Change browser window size and / or screen resolution.
- Other changes to settings.
Good luck out there!
Could you post this in the de facto national thread for sugaring, Richmond VA? This is useful info I have never seen on here before, it likely ought to go into the archive that they keep of all the useful posts of that thread.

* I use a pre paid credit card (because they store it).
* I don't have any full face pictures (because they keep all).
* I have more than 3 numbers that I maintain and I closed that thing called "Facebook" ages ago. (LOL, what is this? 2006?
If you just be careful, I would argue SA has far less information on me than, say, Tinder & Bumble.
I am no expert, but if NSA wants to track you, they can and it's only going to take a few minutes. In fact, just your local private investigators can run plates, track numbers and pull information via LE database.

Good luck out there!
There are 2 things to add to this.
One:
If you are using an windows base Operating system. Every time you access a website that is using the right type of tracking set up it records you SID for your file system that is individualized per system.
Two:
?Website tacki8 ng soft ware can also save your MAC address which is embedded in all internet traffic per the TCP / IP suite standard. You can spoof you MAC address but it can get a bit tricky, and if you delve into the intricacies of TCP / IP it can be a rabbit hole.
Needless to say there are multiple bits of information that can be save about the system you are using to track a person.
I have not been able to log onto SA for a few months. Not an urgent problem because I am waiting for the Covid situation to improve before I resume play. But I would still like to browse the menu.
When I try to log on, I get multiple Captcha screens. After answering them correctly, I get the usual spinning wheel icon. But it lasts forever and I never get logged in.
I don't think SA has banned me. I still get promotions from them at my sugar email address, and I regularly get emails saying someone has favorited me or messaged me. But I can't get into the site.
Anyone else ever had this issue? How did you resolve it?

GG.
After the pandemic started I cut back to one regular, and after she disappeared in May I did not renew my premium membership, or contact anyone. I just lurk from time to time. I wonder if others are doing the same, or if it is "business as usual"? I notice SA is offering 33% a discount, so I have the feeling they are hurting. But the way the pandemic is going, I won't be back until (if) there is a vaccine. I don't want to become a statistic.
I don't want to become a statistic.
And if anyone does, there is an SB for you!

Nerdyguy12 from the SD Bare section has reported that this 1 offers BBFS.

If anything, COVID has made some a bit more competitive in cost. Yes there are risks but honestly that comes with the hobby and not going to wait for another year to see new girls. I usually try to date a new girl about every other week.
I'm in the same boat. Where did you see the 33% off?
I got an email, and there are pop-up screens when I login, and at intervals while logged in. Previousy, 2-3 weeks ago, the offer was lower, 20% (also email, and pop-ups.).
