Can't imagine a city attorney would let that happen. Not that anything would really surprise me from LEO these days, but I'd like someone with personal experience in cbus to confirm.

LEO uses them often, both in a sting and to make controlled drug buys to make cases. I personally had one of my regulars ignore me one day out there. When I asked her later on about it, she said she got pinched. They told her you're going to be locked up for months OR you cooperate with us and you're good. This is a routine thing. The girls know who got pinched and is working for the cops but if you see someone with a felony out of jail too soon they're definitely working for them.

These chicks can't even keep their head on straight, can't keep a phone for their lives, won't even get out of bed if they didn't have to much less follow protocol on police instructions to catch some chargers on a few mongers. I know they can turn into CI's, but they are just giving them information. One walker for sure was or had done it that I knew of but this is the westside the dboys knew of her already and she wasn't allowed in most trap houses. I'm usually the one to run to the ones that just came out of uncles to get them nice and fresh, they can't wait to get out there with their shenanigans has been my experience.

When LEO uses an SW for a sting they don't use them in the same way that they use an undercover. They usually wear a small recorder OR have a phone on them that LEO is listening to. They want you to scoop them, then they'll follow you you your spot and catch you in the act. They'll often arrest both of you but obviously they don't charge her. An undercover ain't getting in the car, they'll just give you enough rope to hang yourself by having you talk etc. Follow the 22 rules and unless you're unlucky enough to have your regular roll on you, you should be all set.

Chicago has such a good vice squad they teach other cities how to do it. I've scoped out Chicago and it's hard to business. I've been pulled over there just for being seen too many times in the neighborhood.

They used multiple undercovers and four different unmarked cars. They used radios to communicate. They had the unmarked cars pick up the undercovers and make it look like they were legit and doing a date. Guys would let their guard down after seeing that and get popped. They also watched actual SW's and followed them. Even switching off amongst 2 or 3 unmarked so you couldn't tell you were being followed. I just avoid areas where they work hard like that.

Just imagine if LEO put that kind of work into stopping real crime that'd actually keep the community safe, instead of pinching a bunch of nonthreatening johns.

Do you think that with the additional pressure on the Hilltop that more are going to move to the Bottoms?

When I went through last Monday, Hilltop was very empty, but the Bottoms was business as usual.
