This is my first post, I found this site a couple months ago, awesome info sharing. Anyway, after reading for awile I got interested and decided to check it out for myself. So if you get an answering machine, then she's working. From time to time, she does hire someone but most of the time AFAIK, those people are only trying to poach her customers.
