It's not at all what you think. It's just a cool place to go dance, meat some nice couples, get as drunk as you want then take the shuttle back to the hotel.

Unlike Genesis, Menages has an area downstairs that allows single guys (no single guys upstairs). I have seen and been part of awesome stuff in that area. Favorite if you don't mind a little drive is Menages in Nashville. Notnine is right, lots of fucking upstairs, but mostly couples doing each other and people either watching or fucking whoever they are with nearby.
