Also, factor in day of the week, time of day, weather, economic factors, etc. I try to find the most desperate of times from a provider standpoint.

There have been a few CAMPS that you could get FS, but they're far a few between. Yan comes to mind. They had at least 2 that I saw and got it 1st visit, but alas they got shut down.
