I mean, I'm sure I do, but the main issue is that I have a spreadsheet with information about most of these providers, and these two are new and unreported. I'm up to over 350 entries now.

Those ads get spammed to every STG city, and they can do that by not naming the neighborhood.
Someday, one of these scammers will set up a database to understand the major neighborhoods in each city, and use that as part of the scam, and then we're all doomed as hobbyists.

While a personal home someone could be in the back yard or other side of the house. Plus personally to me they are least likely to have pets if they are in hotels. Couldn't count the number of times a provider had to spend time getting they're animal settle. Also to add the awkward moment of sometimes meeting said roommate or child that is there super weird. And with a hotel to me especially if they are in a pretty decent one feels safer.
But there is a but does not guarantee cause there are still causes where it goes bad and it takes place at a hotel.

With private homes, there are just too many rooms where people can hide. In hotels / motels, unless the former has a suite, most parts of the room can be seen standing in one spot. Plus, when they tell you to come to a private residence, they might not have a bed to use; conversely, in motels / hotels, almost 100% of the time, there will be a bed to use.

I was iffy on the first one "she looked familiar" then when someone confirmed my suspicions on here I remembered. Saw her in the daytime, but as soon as she got close I smelled an god awful odor and went on my ways. (that's if she is who I think I saw). Then the second one you say has a trashy look.
