The only one I remember there then was Tokyo Spa, same street as the DD but on the other side of 95.
I had two terrible experiences at Osaka (nearly died of heatstroke the second time). Wow, you guys are bringing up some real old school locations and throwback memories. In 93/94 I was in the 3rd or 4th grade LOL. I feel like a baby monger compared you veterans. I do believe your memory was right. As you came down 95S you had to go back under the highway to get to it. Only went a few times till pawt shut it down. Interestingly if I remember correctly they shut this place down but kept the other place (Toyoko Spa I think it was called..previous place to Far East) going and didn't bother it till a few years later.
