Yes there are several apts in the area. Woodbury Square, place and court and look for the balconies near the shopping center.

First, welcome to the forum. Second, use the search feature as the 411 you requested has been listed numerous times, but I'll go ahead and save you a step. When on Beach, you can find ho's from the 22 all the way to the 5, but Between Ball and Orange is where they mostly congregate. Beach is a "locals" track though and mostly disheveled meth heads. It's a waste of time mostly, unless you're bored as heel and looking for a diamond in the rough. Most of the girls live in the run-down motels.

Haha... so since I live in the area, curiosity got the best of me and after a little investigative driving, I actually spotted the "red towel." Police departments have a staggered shift change so that there is always some cops on the street. In some places like SD the cops crack down at the beginning of a new shift.

Ok, I have one report going back a couple of weeks. Never tried HB in the early AM hours due to family restrictions, but had to go to "work" one day real early about two weeks ago on a Tuesday I think. Very close to the day Ayanei posted about a big sweep.
I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of activity at 5-6AM. Saw 8 in total. 3 OK BSW's and one LSW in a shiny purple outfit & big breasts out behind CG. Also BSW with short red hair out near 1st & HB. Saw another LSW that at first I did not think was working. Normal attire, green top, big hoop earrings & pretty good looking. Went to take a swing around and I saw her and "red" chatting so I know she was in the game. Had a couple of cars already stopped around them & didn; t want to cause a traffic jam to carried on to see the sites. Unfortunately didn't see her again.
New news: Actually saw 2 WSW in what is referred to as the Corp side of HB near Seg. One WSW shorter dirtly blond hair & shorts looked OK from a distance. Scooped before I could change lanes let alone make the U. The other WSW not my type but not bad looking. A bit "big boned", talled and a decent face. In what I would describe as casual business attire but definitely working.

Yeah, it's annoying. He was simply eating a burger in his car when LEO lit him up. It's not his fault that his hometown is a long-time street of ill-repute. I understand LE is cracking down, but to question someone who lives in the area, and is simply patronizing a local business in his community is just absolutely absurd. Then you see 3 or 4 squad cars cleaning up Harbor Blvd hassling the girls. Quality is way low on Harbor, as in scary AIDS looking low. Every once in a while you see a good one or two. Be careful cruising though as too many laps in the right lane arouses Johnny's suspicion.

You are looking in the wrong place and if any of you prowl this area, you will get busted. There are people in woodbury that patrol their nieghborhood and will call he cops in a heartbeat.
