Peter, I suggest that you google the tel number that you have for her, unless you are communicating via email still.

(I apologize in advance) However since you posted a very direct personal attack on her then this post is just 'tit for tat. ' YES we know you (and BB) had a bad experience and YES we know you posted about it in review format.
