Mutual touching is allowed depending on the staff member. The depth of mutual touching depends on the staff member and how they relate to you and how "receptive" you are to their "teachings". They are a bit strange dealing with their views. If you interact with them during their teaching lecture, you will get more interaction in other ways.
They definitely do not watch the clock. All of my meditation sessions went 45 minutes or more over.
