Fourth, she wants to direct you to a place of her choosing down a dead-end. Big Red Flag.
Fifth, though she was willing to negotiate the BJ rate down to half the list price, it had to be covered.
I passed. I let her out at the Rally's and tried to get a decent picture as she hustled away; I mostly failed at that.
BSW, probably mid 30's blonde hair, long fake eyelashes. As mentioned, dressed for a night at the strip club: booty shorts, white leather jacket with a bikini top underneath. No name offered. She was definitely an attractive woman, but, especially since she seemed tied to the idea of her spot, and the price for a CBJ, I bowed out.

Tried to catch her, but she disappeared for about 5 minutes again; I think she got denied again and I was probably the 3rd strike.
She'd probably be fun, but not for those prices in a car, and there's no way I'd take the chance on her location down a dead-end street. The risk of a set up is too high, especially since she's new and unknown.
Edit to add I also got the vibe that makes me wonder if she would complain if you were taking "too long".
