While you and I could hit up a provider without thinking twice, someone who's in the spotlight has a lot more to lose for their actions. Not that drugging and raping are any less risky but I think in his mind he thought that well if she's drugged and has no idea what happened then there's less chance for consequences. If you read up on some of his history, he had self image issues and him and his friends one day had the idea to have a girl drink some Spanish Fly he got from a sailor. The girl that pulled this bs was wearing a pair of tight fitting jeans and a skin top white top with a black slip, but no bra, hardly your standard Sheriff's ensemble. As we all know, LEO just hold themselves different, talk different and usually can spot undercover cops in crowds pretty easily. If I was guilty of anything it was being unobservant. Stating an amount doesn't affect entrapment. Entrapment is getting an otherwise innocent person to do something that they wouldn't normally do. If you're looking at ads for hookers, and calling them well you're obviously "in the market" - this is how a "Sting" is not entrapment.
