Most often it was either a no show or the provider would be late with some version of phone trouble, car trouble, ill family member, or over sleeping. I have found it more efficient that I just try on the day I am interested. Of course I have the luxury of being flexible and if I do not like the selection on a given day to simply try later in the week. Not sure how people with tight schedules pull it off.

Open to any suggestions used by other members that have found a better solution.
