I just read it today and it put me in a bad mood. The court document is a good read for all the AMP Patrons on how these investigations are conducted. The lead Homeland Security Investigation Special Agent on the case is assigned to Cary, NC. Could this be a reason the local AMP scene has struggled lately?

The court documents will make you angry for several reason. First, lives ruined and ladies arrested because of a HJ. Second, govt resources wasted over a HJ. Third, a customer admitted to helping the owners for a free monthly massage and he just ratted them out to save himself. Fourth, 5 Cary customers were pulled over in April after leaving New Happy Spa and 3 admitted to receiving a HJ. Fifth, an employee named Luna at New Happy Spa in Cary gave an undercover agent $800 as a bribery payment. And last, 14 Wilmington customers were pulled over in May after they left the spas. 13 of them were given Grand Jury Subpoenas and 7 testified they received a HJ. (Never admit to anything and all they had to say was they received a massage) Wow, this read was just unbelievable.

Interesting how much of the investigation really got data from people that told on themselves, AMPs included. Just like TV, crimes get solved by people telling on themselves. No real investigative efforts.

No mention of trafficking or child exploitation!

If the folks so mentioned were indeed the owners, my source was potentially FOS.

I have to say that now I'm wondering where to find more of these sorts of documents. FWIW it's nice to get some insight. I find it very dissapointing how many times with vice crimes they big "no-no" is that a bribe takes place. While I get why bribes should be illegal, the whole legal system is largely built on the ability to pay your way out via a lawyer. Is it really that unreasonable to think that some people would directly pay a cop to turn a blind eye? Again I'm not saying I condone bribery but why can a politician get lobbied to do something but not a cop?

For me the biggest revelation was how they get workers. I think most of us assumed the women were brought in from Asia or FOB but that seems likely to not be the case. I'm now wishing I lived alone and could put up an ad in a Korean language newspaper for a live in helper who would cook, clean and massage me.

Anyways I'm looking forward to the day we stop the bs and just regulate a lot of vice crimes. While I get that trafficking is an issue, I don't see why jack shacks aren't legal and regulated.

I don't purchase vids/pics but I personally know of a few women who've finally been able to achieve a few things for themselves by being able to sell their material. We all know the demand and the customers are out there, and they'll pay handsomely, it's about time we drop the stigma on these things. For men and women, but particularly the women.

No one should be shamed for providing a service between consenting adults that people are seeking out. Absolute waste of time and state resources to arrest two people because someone's junk ended up in someone's hand at the end of a massage. Completely ridiculous.

The Catholic Church / Vatican is trying to shield Billions of dollars in assets from being targets for Decades of child abuse. The Olympics had to look back and review possible decades of abuse, Hollywood? The political scene in Washington? The Corporate World ladder? Where to begin for the abuse. So hey let's spend precious tax dollars that we don't have chasing and arresting these consenting adults that just won't to have some fun which is a much larger percentage than any human trafficking that is going on.
