Her place isn't that bad. It has running water and electricity, so probably not an abando but you are right that it doesn't look nice inside especially the first floor. I think that both Nikki and Molly have a case of EB-itis where they can magically go from girls we can pick up on the streets to higher EB prices even though it is the same pussy.
