You have a Meth clinic behind Clauses Liquor store and a clinic across from Empire Towers that is an out reach facility for addicts, homeless people, and other community services. You will see people generally in the morning time till around one. They walk from Glen Ridge apartment area down Crain Hyw and toward Seaside to programs. AA county started Patrolling those areas and watching closely, like us who is working or not and they were quick to jump on them. Then you have We Care Clinic on Aquahart Rd that girls walk from Target area down and Quarterfield from about route 97 down. Too many clowns and weirdos on this board. Read the history and you see info pertaining to guys stalking girls and other mongers on Facebook. Reports are mentioned to the girls and I assume it's often to try and piece together identity. There have been numerous times I have had valuable info to share and I don't. Some of the SWs I have dealt with for awhile and I have a rapport with. They know me and what I drive, even though they don't know my real name. If the encounter has details that a SW can easily recall and remember the encounter with me, I don't share. There are clowns who will go back, tell the girl, and try to piece together who you are.
