Let me begin by saying unfortunately for the Columbus AMP scene, RL is as good as it gets as many as you have stated. I miss Iwa, but the others are fine. Lavender is an okay alternative but at a much steeper cost. There are 2 places in Toledo that I recommend hugely, can share in DMs the info for those, but they're a pay upfront sort of business. As for an avoid, for me its rejuvenation. Nothing rejuvenating about a jackhammer and 10 minute session when you pay for 30. No massage to be had.
I've seen Irina, she's a very nice woman but just didn't do it for me. She definitely gave it her all though, I will say that. She's someone's cup of tea.
