Doing the loops today in the rain and saw Nicole on Patapsco. I almost did not recognize her, as she is quite a bit more blonde than my last encounter with her in January and now has pink highlights to boot.

So I've been behaving myself and avoiding the area, and became so proud of myself that I felt I needed some reward. Like magic my car finds itself heading n on 95 toward B'mor in the mid-afternoon.

No mace. No broken window. No fulfillment of her attempt at extortion.

I consider whether to resume the search for my reward for good behavior. Unfortunately, the mood is waaaaaayyyyy gone. So I guess in the end she helped me continue my record of good behavior. Maybe I should go back and tip her for this unexpected support of my resolve?

I also had a similar, but not as threatening situation. You were quite generous by giving her so much. I learned to carry small bills, such as a ten and two fives instead of just a twenty. Easier to give them a small bill in a situation as this. Also any tip doesn't have to be so large in a normal circumstance.

Callers called in offering all sorts of advice on how to fix Baltimore. One guy called in suggesting that the city should start taxing churches.

The mayor sounded desperate, as she promised to cut Fire, Police, Schools, etc.
This will likely result in less resources to spend on attacking mongers for committing victim-less crimes.

What these people don't understand is that men like me are going to "pay for it" one way or another. I will gladly pay their silly taxes and help them out of the hole they are in.

On Bayard street in the city there are plenty of low end warehouses that are not fully utilized. Unfortunately, Ravens stadium did not bring the economic revitalization that it promised. It is time to legalize indoor activities in the city!

Look what the city did to the "Block". The "Block" should be a good source of income to the city, however, the city has all but closed the "Block" down. They chased all the clients away from the there with their crazy parking regulations and excessive enforcement activities. Harassing these joints instead of leaving them alone. If I was the mayor of this city this is the first place I would want to revitalize and bring the "Block" to where it once was a decade ago.

I can only say you did not go far enough. I am and have always been for the legalization of drugs. The sale of drugs is a money maker if the city and state would allow legalization of drugs everyone one would profit. But if they did that what would the judges, lawyers, prisions and police would loose income and the savings to the city would be substantial. Maybe their prisions could house real criminals instead of wasting millions of dollars enforcing stupid laws that do nothing more but keep the jails full. Prision has never cured anyone of drug use. They are only sitting their waiting to get out of jail so that they can get their next hit. Around Parole violation and the cycle only repeats itself.

I've been out of the loop for about the same amount of time. (Been going to CR.) But hunting season is open and I need it. With the loop you really need your brain --on occasion-- to override your peter and be able to walk away from something that smells, feels and looks bad.

On Friday night around 12 AM I was out searching WW and Curtis Bay but with no luck. Saw a beautiful blonde on Pennington but I was being careful and did a circle and she was gone when I came back.
